Just note what kind of oil we're using...

- frying thermometers (two 8" and one 12" thermometers in inventory)


- need better clamp on thermometers to keep them from slipping


- frying spatulas / wire screen gripper tongs (one honkin' long stainless mesh spoon in inventory)
